Obducat AB of Lund, Sweden says that its subsidiary Obducat Europe GmbH, a supplier of systems for lithography processing, has received an order worth about SEK7.1m for a fully automated Microcluster Track wet processing tool.
To be delivered in first-quarter 2023, the system will be used for cleaning processes for silicon carbide (SiC) substrates.
