American Elements adds selenides, antimonides and arsenides to portfolio

American Elements of Los Angeles, CA, USA has expanded its ultra high purity (99.999%) semiconductor materials capacity with the addition of:

  • Metallic selenides, including lead selenide (PbSe) and bismuth selenide (BiSe)
  • Antimonides, including indium antimonide (InSb)
  • Arsenides, including indium arsenide (InAs)
The products are marketed under the trade name AE Semi-Conductor Materials, and are available in powder and in lump or chunk forms for use in thin film deposition applications.
