TriQuint plans to move design center to Texas
According to the Boulder County Business Report website, RF front-end device maker TriQuint Semiconductor Inc, headquartered in Hillsboro, OR, USA, plans to move its design center from Boulder, Colorado to Richardson, Texas. However, the firm is said to be offering home-working positions or paid transfers to its around 20 staff located in Boulder.
TriQuint decided to consolidate its design team in Texas for efficiency, the report quotes TriQuint’s director of corporate communications Brandi Frye as saying. Frye added that no other office consolidations were planned at this time.
