RFMD showcasing wired broadband components at SCTE Cable-Tec Expo
In booth #2324 at the SCTE Cable-Tec Expo 2012 in Orlando, FL (17-19 October), RF Micro Devices Inc of Greensboro, NC, USA is showcasing its portfolio of wired broadband components.
The components leverage the firm’s multi-chip-module (MCM) integration capabilities and broad access to all key process technologies to enable CATV, optical access, fiber-optic, and other applications.
During the Expo, RFMD will present a broad array of products, including its silicon-on-insulator (SOI) CATV control components and its gallium nitride (GaN)-based CATV amplifiers, which deliver increased bandwidth, improved power efficiency, and enhanced reliability for network upgrades, the firm claims.
