MA/COM to supply Northrop Grumman with GaAs-based MMIC technologies for airborne defense sensor systems

M/A-COM Technology Solutions Inc of Lowell, MA, USA (which makes analog semiconductors, components and subassemblies for RF, microwave and millimeter-wave applications) says it is supplying Northrop Grumman with its GaAs-based MMIC technologies for the development of next-generation airborne defense sensor systems.
