Skyworks launches 1.0-6.0GHz SPDT switch for WLAN applications
Analog and mixed-signal device maker Skyworks Solutions Inc of Woburn, MA, USA has launched the SKY13592-689LF, a new single-pole, double-throw (SPDT) switch for mode switching in WLAN applications such as industrial, scientific & industrial (ISM)-band radios, smartphones and connectivity modules.
The 1.0-6.0GHz device uses advanced switching technologies to maintain low insertion loss and high isolation for all switching paths. It also delivers high-linearity performance, making it suitable for low-power transmit/receive applications, says Skyworks.
Integrated DC blocking capacitors eliminate the need for external DC blocking capacitors. The switch is supplied in an ultra-miniature 1mm x 1mm 0.5mm, 6-pin exposed-pad plastic micro lead-frame package dual (MLPD) package.
