Riber S.A. of Bezons, France – which manufactures molecular beam epitaxy (MBE) systems as well as evaporation sources and effusion cells – has received an order from Germany’s University of Bremen for a Compact 21 research MBE machine, to be delivered in 2020, for use in preparing and analyzing hybrid nanostructures. The system is intended to produce nanophotonic components.
