CCT to hold grand opening

CCT Co Ltd of Beijing, China is to hold a grand opening celebration on October 12, 2006, presided over by the company’s president Dr Junpeng Bu. The newly formed manufacturer of compound semiconductor substrates is headquartered in the Beijing Economic & Technological Development Area (BDA), with a combined production area of over 100,000 sq-ft for crystal growth and substrate processing.

The company’s main product will be Vertical Gradient Freeze (VGF) grown gallium arsenide (GaAs) wafers, for both optical and microelectronic applications.
