Riber receives order from Asia for research MBE system
Riber S.A. of Bezons, France – which manufactures molecular beam epitaxy (MBE) systems as well as evaporation sources and effusion cells – says that it has received an order from “a leading academic research group in Asia” for a model C21 DZ research system.
Scheduled for delivery in 2021, the system will be used primarily to prepare ultra-pure layers of III-V materials for low-temperature transport studies, including quantum Hall-effect measurements.
