Riber receives order for MBE 49 system from new Asian customer
Riber S.A. of Bezons, France — which designs and makes molecular beam epitaxy (MBE) systems as well as evaporation sources and effusion cells — has received an order from a new Asia-based customer for an MBE 49 production system, which will be delivered in 2023 and used to produce radio frequency and microwave circuits.
Riber says that the new order confirms the market's adoption of the MBE 49 as one of the most efficient thin-film deposition systems for the development of electronic applications based on compound semiconductors.
