Altum RF showcasing new products for SatCom and radar at IMS
In booth #1648 at the IEEE/MTT-S International Microwave Symposium (IMS 2023) in San Diego, CA, USA (13-15 June), Altum RF of Eindhoven, The Netherlands (which designs high-performance RF, microwave and millimeter-wave semiconductors for commercial and industrial applications) is featuring products including new components for SatCom and radar markets.
The K- and Ka-band power amplifiers (PAs), and X-band low-noise/driver amplifiers, integrated front-end, and switches are said to reflect Altum RF’s concentration on developing products that offer the increased power, higher frequency, greater bandwidth and increased integration demanded by these markets.
Product highlights include:
- ARF1014: 27–31.5GHz GaN 12W power amplifier MMIC, 17dB power gain;
- ARF1026Q4: 27–31.5GHz linear amplifier, 26dBm P1dB;
- ARF1502Q4: 8–12GHz front-end integrated circuit (FEIC), 26dB TX power gain;
- ARF1020Q5: 9–11GHz GaN power amplifier, 10W output power.
